Pendant des dizaines d’années, les puissances occidentales ont pille les ressources des pays d'Afrique, et y ont effectue des decoupages territoriaux au mépris des réalités ethniques sur place.
Aucun effort de donner de la valeur ajoutée sur place n'a été fait pour ces exportations (or et diamants compris), encore a ce jour. En échange, des infrastructures ont bien été faites, et des service de sante ou sociaux ont été créés.
De nos jours, la Chine a pris la place des puissances occidentales, en achetant leurs richesses minérales ou agricoles ou des terres en échange d'infrastructures, souvent offertes gratuitement. La Chine envoie meme un navire clinique pour offrir des soins de sante gratuits dans certains pays d'Afrique.
J oubliais... la corruption a également été laissée en heritage par les puissances occidentales... Alors si aujourd'hui l'Afrique ne s'y retrouve pas... il paraîtrait normal que ceux qui ont pille le sol et laisse en heritage la corruption aident l'Afrique, non?
La solution n'est pourtant pas dans des flux migratoires qui sont en train de déraciner toute une generation, mais au contraire de les aider a améliorer les conditions de vie dans leur pays, avec des investissements gratuits par exemple. Surtout pas d'argent... qui va finir dans les poches des gouvernants ou des trafiquants! Mais des projets bien identifies et des investissements gratuits cibles, effectués par, ou au moins sous le contrôle strict, de ceux qui les offrent (barrages, centrales électriques, réseau routier ou ferroviaire, hôpitaux,...).
L'Allemagne a eu une bonne idée en offrant une education supérieure gratuite aux africains, mais a condition qu ils s engagent a retourner dans leur pays après leur diplôme, ce qui... ne se réalise pas vraiment, ni en Allemagne ni dans les autres pays européens qui offrent des conditions aux étudiants africains. En choisissant de ne pas retourner dans leur pays, ces africains contribuent au manque de progrès dans leur pays. Les Européens ont souffert pendant des siècles, y compris avec des guerres fratricides européennes. En choisissant de rester en Europe, les africains qui reçoivent une education universitaire en Europe, au Canada ou aux USA, doivent comprendre que leur sacrifice de retourner vivre dans leur pays est une nécessité pour le développement de leur pays.

For dozens of years western power countries have taken away the mineral resources from the African countries, and have proceeded with deciding of borders against the reality on the ground of the ethnic populations.
No effort was made to add any value locally for these exportations (gold and diamonds included), even today. In exchange, some infrastructures were done, and social and medical services were created.
Nowadays, China took over the western countries, buying the mineral resources or agriculture ressources or land in exchange of infrastructures, often realized for free. China also sends a clinic ship to some countries in Africa to help with free health care.
I forgot... corruption was also left as an inheritance by the western countries... So if today Africa is in trouble... it would seem normal that those who took away the natural resources and left corruption behind contribute to help Africa, no?
The solution though is not in the flow of migrants which is in the process of taking away their roots to a whole African generation, but on the contrary to help them better the living conditions in their country, with for instance free investments. NO cash please... which will end up in the pockets of the governing people or trafficking people! But well identified projects and targeted free investments, realized by, or at least under strict control, of those offering for them (dams, electrical power, roads and trains, hospitals,...).
Germany had a good idea by offering free superior education to African people, but under the condition that t hey would go back to help their country after their diploma, which... is not really happening, neither in Germany nor in the other European countries also offering free university education to Africans. By choosing not to go back to their country after their diploma
these African people contribute to the lack of progress in their country. Europeans did suffer for years, centuries, including with European wars. By choosing to stay in Europe, Africans who receive a university education in Europe, Canada or the USA, must understand that their sacrifice by returning living in their country is a must for the development of their country.
