Le president des Etats Unis a donné son message annuel au congrès américain:
Si vous n’êtes pas d'accord avec moi, je me passerais de vous et signerais des ordres exécutifs...
Je vous donne un zéro pointé Mr le president...
Frustré par plus de deux ans de blocage parlementaire, le president n'a pas analysé correctement la situation et n'a pas tiré les leçons que sa charge lui impose.
Oui il a ete elu president des Etats Unis, mais... le congres americain a aussi ete elu et represente le peuple, plus que lui. Donc si l'un des deux doit gagner, dans une democracie, c'est forcement l'assemblee legislative.
Par contre le president est le garant de la constitution, et donc... il aurait du annoncer qu'il demandait une revision de la constitution americaine pour y inclure deux nouveaux items:
- Constitution du gouvernement par un premier ministre issu de la majorité des parlementaires, quitte a changer de gouvernement bien sur tous les deux ans quand les elections partielles peuvent provoquer un changement de majorité... si les électeurs ont decide qu'ils voulaient un changement.
- Interdiction de porter des armes dans les lieux publics et interdiction de vendre des armes d'assaut.

Il vient de declarer publiquement la guerre a la majorite legislative republicaine, la veille du nouvel an chinois... et tout le monde sait que les chinois fetent cet evenement avec des millions de pétards toute la nuit non stop...
Je parie pour des pétards républicains non stop fin Février quand il faudra voter l'extension du budget...

The President of the USA has delivered his annual message to the American Congress: if you are not in agreement with me, then I won't need you and I will govern with executive orders... for that you deserve a pointed zero Mr President...
Frustrated by over two years of legislative blockage, the President has not analyzed correctly the situation and has not drawn the lessons that his function asks from him.

Yes, he has been elected President of the USA, but... the American Congress has also been elected and represents the people, more than the President. So... if one of them must be declared a winner, in a democracy, it has to be the legislative assembly.
On the other hand, the President is the guardian of the Constitution, and so... he should have announced that he was asking for a revision of the American Constitution so two items can be included:
- The government will be made by a Prime Minister issued from the majority in the Legislative Assembly, , with eventually a change of majority and of government every two years when partial elections can provoke a change of majority... if the people have decided they want a change.
- Forbid wearing guns in public places and forbid the sale of assault rifles.

The President has publicly declared war to the Republican majority in the legislative Assembly, on the eve of the Chinese New Year... and everyone knows that the Chinese celebrate this event with millions of firecrackers all night long, non stop...
I am ready to bet on non stop firecrackers at the end of February, when the extension to the budget will need to be approved...
